It can be difficult to get a seat in this sushi bar, which is arguably the best one in town. It does offer quick to-go service though, so stop in for house specialties tonkatsu (panko-encrusted pork) and wasabi shumai (spicy pork dumpings) to take back to your hotel room. $$ (05/2009)
