When a fire closed Ri Ra last year, Uptown lost more than a popular Irish-style after-hours watering hole. The Irish/American menu was a lunch and dinner draw for the local business community. Luckily, it’s rebuilt and reopened with its menu classics, like Shepherd’s Pie, intact. $$ (10/2007)
