Derry Church Artisan Chocolates
This shop, named for the tiny PA crossroads that was later renamed Hershey, produces small-batch, French-style chocolates with organic creams from local dairy farms. Chocolatier Eric Cayton invents rich, exotic flavors like sweet curry with coconut cream, pomegranate and molasses, and the “New York” bon bon with white chocolate cheesecake ganache, raspberry liquor and graham cracker.
