Dominick’s

When it opened in 1948, this Little Italy-type neighborhood hangout was exclusively reserved for “friends and family” (like Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack, no big deal). Today its warm, brick patio keeps the chummy camaraderie alive by serving up wine, cocktails and Italian cuisine for an extended clan. Try the traditional spaghetti and meatballs. (09/2011)
