There’s live music here seven nights a week, but Sundays at 5:30pm are always Bruce Daigrepont’s Cajun fais-do-dos (dance parties), with live music sung in French and played on accordion, waltzes and two-steps, cold beer and (often) red beans and rice.(01/2011)
