An old-line Italian restaurant in Uptown, Pascal's invented New Orleans “barbecued shrimp” (actually sautéed in spicy butter and served with bibs). Fresh-shucked oysters, fork-tender veal and scallops with crab meat are eternal favorites, served in oak-shaded rooms untouched by the decades. $$$ (03/2011)
