This 21st-century speakeasy took its name from South Philly’s own Max “Boo Boo” Hoff’s Prohibition bootlegging front. Inventive cocktails have equally creative names, like the “Sneaky Feelings” with bourbon, Jamaican rum, house-made rosemary honey, Peychaud’s Bitters and Jamaican jerk bitters.
