After a year out of operation, Penn Brewery, one of the city’s great brewpubs, is back in business. Oktoberfest—the last two weekends in September—is the best time to visit the brewpub for German food and music and, of course, Penn’s complete line of German-style beers, including the seasonal Oktoberfest Bier.
