Open through the end of winter, this outdoor ice rink, crowned by a huge, decorated Christmas tree, is Pittsburgh’s version of Rockefeller Center. Skating slow circles around it, amid the glass gothic cathedrals of PPG Place, is an essential winter experience. (12/2010)
