  • Ottertoberfest

Here, October is all about our friend the otter, and the zoo celebrates the semi-aquatic mammal for over two weeks at this annual festival started in 1998. The event (and no doubt scores of bad puns) is free, as is the zoo itself. Oct. 1-2, 8-9, 15-19. (09/2011)
