BELLEVIEW BILTMORE

Built as a winter destination in 1897 by railroad magnate Henry Plant and once known as "The White Queen of the Gulf," the Belleview Biltmore is said to be the largest continually occupied wooden structure in the world. It offers golfing and spa retreats today.(11/2007)
