SHULA’S STEAK HOUSE

Former NFL coach Don Shula brings his winning tradition to this sophisticated downtown restaurant, which exudes a powerlunch aura. All of the cuts, from the 8-ounce filet to the 48-ounce Porterhouse, come from Premium Black Angus Beef. (Those who finish all 48 ounces get their names on the restaurant chain’s website; so far, 35,000-plus people have done it.) $$$$ (06/2010)
