Poised atop the National Cathedral's west end, this nook offers a 360-degree view of DC, from the seventh floor of one of its highest structures (also the secondlargest cathedral in the US). In addition, the short elevator ride offers interior glimpses into the flying buttresses, crockets, finials and the Gloria in Excelsis Tower. (08/2011)
