From the same folks as Bourbon, this Adams Morgan eatery-cum-imbibery expands its love of whiskey to include rye, malt, Tennessee, Canadian, Japanese, Irish and Scotch. There are five bars on three levels, and over 1,400 bottles of liquor, accessed by rolling library-style ladders and served neat or in appropriately classical cocktails. (09/2011)
