This burger counter has been a Wichita tradition since the 1930s. The Nu Way burger is a plateful of beef crumbles (think sloppy Joe without the sauce) that makes a fork a musthave. It’s also known for its fresh-cut fries and homemade root beer. $ (11/2010)
