World Harmony Run (www.worldharmonyrun. org) is a four-month torch relay that passes through all 50 states and more than 100 countries. The core US team will cover almost 10,000 miles. Show your support in Minneapolis/St. Paul (July 19); Chicago (July 24); Pittsburgh (Aug. 1);

Buffalo (Aug. 4); Portland, ME (Aug. 11); and Boston (Aug. 12) before the grande finale in New York on Aug. 15.

HOG HEAVEN

MILWAUKEE Rev your engines and get ready for the ride of your life. The Harley-Davidson Museum (www.h-dmuseum.com), which celebrates the company's rich history, passionate riders and legendary culture, opens its doors on July 12. Learn about the design and engineering of the motorcycles, and feast your eyes on such classic hogs as "Serial Number One," the oldest known Harley.

THE NEW MILLENNIUM

ATLANTA: This month, a National Monument opens in Atlantic Station. The 73-foot-tall, six-story arch-called The Millennium Gate-sculpturally depicts the founding of the US, the country's successes and Atlanta's rise to a top international city. Beneath the arch, a gallery will exhibit works by contemporary classical sculptors.

PASS IT ON: CityPass (www.citypass.com), a company that sells booklets with tickets to the top attractions in 10 US destinations-making it economical to visit each site in one trip-has even more to offer. The newest San Francisco book includes the Exploratorium or Asian Art Museum; in Chicago, soar to the top of the Sears Tower (shown here) or Hancock Building; and Philly has added a once-forbidden tour of the Eastern State Penitentiary.
