What is the best Atlanta restaurant people haven't heard of? "We just had the grand opening of the Livingston Restaurant at the hotel. It's incorporating a lot of local cuisine, like Georgia shrimp and trout. One of the most delicious things is the duck croquette over sweet potato."

Have you had any famous guests? "Well, this is the hotel where the reception for the premiere of Gone With The Wind was held, so we had all the notables like Clark Gable and Vivian Leigh. Many of them stayed here. And George Clooney was here recently, filming a Martini & Rossi commercial."

What is the most outrageous request you've ever received? "Have you ever heard of Frisbee golf? I had never heard of it when a guest requested a nearby course, but sometimes concierges become researchers. I contacted our Parks and Recreation department, and sure enough, they had developed a Frisbee golf course in one of our suburban communities, Alpharetta, and this guest actually went out there and played."
