HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO GO!

It's been five years since the inflight magazine for airtran airways was launched-and here's to many more.

JAN 2005 Go gets going. The first bi-monthly issue goes to print. There’s nothing stopping us now.

JAN 2006 Go gets a mascot. A goldendoodle named Kawaii sets up residence at the editor-in-chief’s feet.

APRIL 2007 Go moves to its current home in Brooklyn. The team wastes no time getting comfortable in the loft-like space.

JUNE 2008 Go starts another brand-new section called On the Town, which highlights a single destination; the inaugural city is Atlanta.

MARCH 2010 Happy fifth anniversary to us!

SEPT 2005 Due to the overwhelming success of the first three issues, Go becomes monthly.

AUG 2006 Award-winning art director Shane Luitjens joins the team, bringing along an iTunes collection of cheesy pop music.

OCT 2007 The Go Guides— which list where to shop, eat, party and more in every destination—are launched, expanding the magazine by 48 pages.

AUG 2009 Go’s favorite cover line gets published: Bauble Heads: Inside the Mines of Gem Hunters, a story about rock hounds in North Carolina.
